Shipping Locations: Where Do You Ship To & From?
All in-stock orders ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.
If something is out of stock, we will inform you as quickly as possible. If we are going to be able to restock the item, we’ll let you know that, too.
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other U.S. locations. Freight charges may vary for locations outside of the continental United States.
Shipping Time: When Will I Get My Order?
While we strive to get you your new storage system as quickly as possible, each projected arrival time is an estimate. The actual arrival date and time will depend on your order and location.
Here is our typical process:
- In-Stock Items: These orders leave our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours. The arrival time may vary depending on your location.
- Non-Stock Items: If we are able to get the item again, we will give you our best possible estimate for shipping and delivery times. And if we won’t be able to restock the item, we’ll let you know that as soon as we possibly can.
However, please note that arrival time may be delayed for reasons outside our control, such as weather or natural disasters, materials shortages, and other supply chain and logistics issues.
Can I Expedite My Shipping?

Shipping Fees: How Much Will Freight Cost?
Charges for shipments within the continental United States are calculated at checkout. If you are shipping to other locations, such as Alaska and Hawaii, contact Customer Service at 888-357-1107 for a quote.
